P2W Major Bids Farewell and Reflects on Four Years of Transformational Change

Like most incoming first-year students, when I arrived at MSU to move into my Bailey Hall dorm room, I was nervous, homesick, and overwhelmed. I’m not ashamed to admit I shed a few tears at Noodles & Company as I ate lunch with my family before they left to go back home without me. A new chapter was ahead of me, and the blank pages were daunting.

The Cube Wins Prestigious University Creating Inclusive Excellence Grant

The Cube (publishing – process – praxis) has won a 2021-2022 university Creating Inclusive Excellence Grant (CEIG). The grant will be used to support three of The Cube’s upcoming projects: the Detroit Accessibility Project, Indigenous Games, and Holt Public Schools’ Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) content strategy and implementation.

P2W Club Game Night Builds Community

WRAC’s Professional and Public Writing (P2W) Club held their first social event of the semester, a student-led Game Night, on November 16th. The event allowed P2W students to unwind and build community with snacks and games in a fun, relaxed environment. Game Night also strengthened writing and revision skills—and the entire P2W program—in the process.
