Profile
Tshepang Mashiloane is a PhD Candidate in the Writing, Rhetoric, and Cultures department at MSU. She has worked at the MSU Writing Center as a Coordinator for International Partners. Her interest in administration has led her to occupy roles in the MSU Citizen Scholars Program as a Graduate Assistant Director and Program Coordinator for the MSU College of Arts and Letters Pathways with Alumni Leaders’ program (CAL-PAALs).
Currently she is teaching First Year Writing. These invaluable experiences are the reason why her research interest is in how mentorship and mentorship programs are designed for diverse work and academic cultural contexts.
