Profile
Sophia is interested in multimodal composing, creative-critical scholarship, and the role of writing in nonprofits and creative communities. As a research assistant, she supports with the Red Cedar Writing Project and the Conference for Community Writing. Her thesis explores the ways in which zine makers engage in place-making and community-building via zines.
