Ahoy! Korean American adoptee, here. My work focuses on identity formation in online spaces, especially as it occurs at the intersections of race, gender, sexuality, class, and ability. I am specifically interested in taking a cultural rhetorics approach to the ways transnational, transracial adoptees as a diasporic group (Korean American adoptees, currently) make culture and meaning in online spaces.
