Dean Rehberger is the Director of MATRIX: The Digital Humanities and Social Science Center. His primary areas of research include: High Performance Computing and the Humanities; Oral History Online; Digital Humanities; Digital History; Cultural Informatics; Archival Science; and online learning environments. He oversees the development of a number of open access projects in the humanities including the Oral History in the Digital Age, Quilt Index, Overcoming Apartheid, Studs Terkel: Conversations with America and many other projects found at matrix.msu.edu.
